This Privacy Policy explains how SYSISUS, trading through Goodlife Wellness and PICER, collects, uses, retains and discloses personal data in connection with www.goodlife-wellness.com, customer accounts, orders and customer service. We handle personal data in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong.

1. Data user and contact details

The data user is SYSISUS, a sole proprietorship registered in Hong Kong under Business Registration Number 41146029-000-04-26-2, with business address at Flat/Room 2, Block B, 6/F, Midland Centre, 328 Queen's Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong. Payment providers process full card or payment-account details; we do not store full payment card numbers.

We may also receive data from SHOPLINE, payment providers, delivery partners and fraud-prevention or analytics providers used to operate the store.

We may charge a reasonable fee where permitted by law.

13. Customers under 18

The Website is intended for persons aged 18 or above. A person under 18 may use it only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian, as stated in our Terms and Conditions. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal data from a child without appropriate involvement of a parent or guardian.

14. Changes and language

We may update this Policy by posting a revised version on the Website. The English and Traditional Chinese versions are provided for convenience; if there is an inconsistency, the English version prevails to the extent permitted by Hong Kong law.
